Soaring Through BCHS: Explore the Campus Before School Begins!

Boulder City High School students and their families are invited to Soaring Through BCHS on Friday, August 7, 2026, from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. This back-to-school event gives students an opportunity to explore the campus before the first day of school. Students will have access to their class schedules, allowing them to walk their daily routes, locate their classrooms, meet their teachers, and become more comfortable with the campus. Starting high school is a big transition—for students and their families! Parents and guardians of incoming BCHS students are invited to join our administrative team for What to Expect When You’re Expecting a High Schooler on Monday, August 3, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. This BCHS 101 session will provide a practical introduction to high school and help families feel prepared for the year ahead. New Bell Schedule for 2026-2027

Boulder City High School will begin the 2026–2027 school year with a new bell schedule. The regular student day will run from 8:30 a.m. to 2:41 p.m., with classes beginning 50 minutes later than last year. All BCHS students will share one schoolwide lunch period rather than two separate lunches. This change will give our entire campus a common break and create new opportunities for connection, student activities, academic support, and a stronger sense of school community.
